People are drowning.
These sculptures document the grim reality of our global crisis. War, climate change and the global rise of the populist right forewarn a darker future if we choose to close borders and build walls. This is a political failure of historic proportions and dangerous times for democracy. A drowning baby symbolises our humanity hanging in the balance.

The sections of 'Unholy Gods' have never been assembled as one sculpture. The roof of the studio was too low to accommodate it. Here fellow artist Rolfe Moody stands next to an arm that extends through the studio doors.
